OWNERS REPRESENTATION.
We provide our expertise in Owner’s Representation to make the design and construction process more efficient by focusing on solutions to problems, and above all, we represent our clients to champion for their best interests in all phases of project development.
Drawing upon experience in New Construction, Engineering and Naval Architecture, we are able to manage relationships with shipyards, general contractors, Naval Architects, Flag States or other Regulatory bodies and financial institutions involved in a project.

We work with a number of lenders and financial institutions to help fund projects such as;

PROJECT MANAGEMENT.
